In order to participate in the contest, you agree to be bound by both the Keiichi.net Radio General Contest Rules and the additional rules specific to this contest. Please do not participate if you do not agree to both sets of rules.
KEIICHI.NET RADIO GENERAL CONTEST RULES
To participate in one of our contests you must be 18 years of age or older, or under adult supervision, and in conformance with all law, rules and regulations that may pertain to your state (be informed of all your state laws). ELIGIBILITY AND OFFER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Our contests are subject to the official rules set forth on this website by which all entrants are bound.
By participating in any of Keiichi.net Radio's contests, you agree to hold Keiichi.net Radio, its affiliates and staff without any liability if any injunction or issue causes the contest results to not be fully realized. Neither Keiichi.net Radio, nor anyone associated with this web site make any warranties or representations regarding contest results. Furthermore, all contests become the property of Keiichi.net Radio / Keiichi Networks.
As a contestant, you agree to not submit any information or material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. Keiichi.net Radio is not liable for any claims or liabilities arising from any third-party copyright infringement claim.
We reserve the right to close the contests early or late without warning. We are not always available to update our website in a timely manner; therefore, the contests will be closed at the time the website update is uploaded. This can vary from month to month and cause the contests to be closed upwards of 2 weeks into the following month. Upon winning a contest, please allow up to 6 weeks for notification of the winner.
Please note that by completing and submitting your name as an entrant to any of our contests you will be agreeing to abide by the official rules and regulations of our contests. You further agree that all information can and will be published on the close of the contests including the name you provided. Addresses, phone numbers, and emails will not be published without the further consent of the contestant. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A CONTEST MORE THAN ONCE UNDER ONE NAME. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER OR ENTER OUR CONTESTS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OR ABIDE BY any of our above stipulations.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR THE CROWN OF ANIME TOURNAMENT CONTEST
These additional rules may supersede the General Contest Rules where warranted.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the contest, you must participate in the Crown of Anime Tournament via the nomination and voting process (for more details click on the RULES link on this page). Once your nomination has been accepted and you are assigned to the judges roster, you must participate in the voting rounds to which you are assigned throughout the entire tournament. You do so by e-mailing your ballot to the tournament by your prescribed voting deadline.
To qualify for the random prize drawing, judges must make a decision in at least one of their assigned matches in each round of voting. To “make a decision” is defined as choosing one title or the other in a particular match, and not abstaining from the match.
After the tournament has been completed, on a date to be determined, judges who have successfully participated will be entered into the random prize drawing. Two winners will each receive an assortment of Anime-related prizes, courtesy of Keiichi.net Radio. The contents of the prize shall be chosen exclusively by Keiichi.net Radio, and may not be returned nor exchanged to Keiichi.net Radio under any circumstances. The approximate retail value of each of the two prize packages is US$50.00.
If selected as a prize winner, you will be asked to provide us with the following information:
- Your Full Name (first and last) and age
- Your mailing address
- Your telephone number
The above information will be used for the shipment of your prize, and will not be used for any other purposes. Failure to provide this information in a reasonable amount of time will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Winners will be drawn by a member of Keiichi.net Radio, whose decision is final in all matters regarding this contest. Drawing results will be announced as soon as it is practicable.
Please allow up to 5 weeks after the announcement of winners for the delivery of the prize.
If a winner is under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, he or she must receive permission from a parent or guardian prior to prize delivery.
Keiichi.net Radio will publish the winner’s names and locations on the Keiichi.net Radio website and the Crown of Anime website.
Staff members and DJs of Keiichi.net Radio are not eligible to participate.
These rules may be modified at any time by the Crown of Anime Tournament or Keiichi.net Radio staff.
RIGHT TO OPT OUT
Crown of Anime Tournament Judges who do not wish to participate in this contest have the right to opt-out by notifying the tournament during any round of voting.
