The JRHorse Side Project is a weekly radio program that delivers the best in Anime, Japanese Pop, and the usual random music, all from New York City, the GREATEST CITY IN THE WORLD. Which is why we always like to say that it’s Anime and J-Pop with a special and patented “New York Twist.”

In addition, we bring you interviews with Anime fans or members of the Anime/J-Pop industry. Since our show launched in 2004, the Side Project has featured the music of YAZ BAND and ECHOSTREAM, and has interviewed numerous guests such as VIC MIGNOGNA, DAVID WILLIAMS (ADV Films), UZUHI, PEELANDER-Z, DJ JINNAI, and our first guest, the incomparable VIC CHRISTOPHER.

In 2006 we even ran our Poster Model Program, a photo collage of New York-based dancers demonstrating what the Side Project’s “New York Twist” is all about. (For more info, click on the link to the left)
